I’ll share the exact framework that’s put me on stages for past 29 years—and opened the door to multiple six-figure speaking, coaching, and corporate training opportunities.
When I stepped into this space, I never imagined a former youth pastor who finished college at 33 would be asking, “How do I use my gifts to help more people?”
Everything shifted when I shared my story and believed I had a message people needed to hear. That belief helped me connect my calling to communication.
The next question became clear: What do I want to say—and to whom?
Then came the turning point. During a company merger, I was quietly let go.
It was my last day working for an employer—and my first day working for myself.
That was 2016. I haven’t looked back.
Since then, I’ve delivered my message to over 100,000 people on stages and online, and coached more than 3,000 clients. And it all started with a simple mission: help people share their message with clarity, confidence, and impact.

As I delivered my first-ever talk, I felt the power of sharing my story. That moment opened doors to speak to youth, young adults, and leaders across the United States.
I committed to mastering the craft—speaking, leadership development, training and coaching.
To serve at a higher level, I trained with the Co-Active Institute, earned my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential, and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
In 2011, I began coaching people who wanted real results—helping them communicate their message more effectively and with greater impact.
After serving thousands of students, purpose-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, I turned a message into a mission by teaching the strategies, structures, and systems inside the Speak More Framework!

Using the SPEAK MORE framework, I have been on a personal and professional mission to share my “message to the world” and help others do the same. As a speaker of 29yrs, I help storytellers, communicators and visionaries Speak More by using their transformational and purpose-driven stories or ideas, and turn them into powerful messages.

Where should I fly in and out of?
We recommend Miami International Airport (MIA) which is about a 20 minutes drive east to the venue. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Are there any event hotels or group rates available?
We don’t have any offers from local hotels since there are so many locations in the area. Also this is the week of Art Basel (Wynwood/Design District) so booking your hotel ahead of time is important. Consider booking in Doral, Coral Gables, North Miami and near the airport.
Are children under 18 allowed at this event?
Only registered attendees 18 and up will be allowed at the event. Each attendee must register individually, including your team members or family. There is a strict max of 50 attendees in the venue, so every human body counts.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but in the event you cannot make the event, you are free to transfer the ticket to someone else. Just let our team know at: [email protected]
